Laguna’s Core Strength: The Bandsaw Line
Laguna built its name on bandsaws, and the line reflects it. Their industrial and semi-industrial models draw steady business from furniture makers, cabinet shops, and millwork operations that need accurate, repeatable resawing. The CX models use ceramic blade guides that reduce drift and heat at sustained feed rates. Sizes run from 14″ hobbyist-capable machines up to the LT37 industrial frame for continuous production work.
CNC and Automated Machinery
The SmartShop CNC Routers are production-grade machines built for cabinet doors, nested sheet goods, and millwork profiles. They come in 3-axis to 5-axis configurations with automatic tool changers. The Swift Series CNC Machines are the lower-cost entry point for shops moving into CNC for the first time. The automated line also covers fiber lasers, CO2 lasers, plasma tables, and waterjet cutters.
Dust Collection, Sanders, and Shop Support
Laguna’s dust collectors run five series (B|Flux, C|Flux, D|Flux, P|Flux, and X|Flux), sized from single-machine shop units to centralized systems for larger production floors. The Laguna Sanders lineup covers wide-belt and SuperBrush models for surface finishing. Round out the floor with jointers, panel saws, lathes, shapers, planers, and edgebanders.
