Profile Sanders for Cabinet Door Production
Larick’s profile sander lineup starts with the Larick 150 Profile Sander, the entry point for shops sanding raised panels and door edges on workpieces that don’t require a tilting wheel. The Larick 360 Profile Sander adds a tilting wheel (60° forward, 40° back) for more complex profiles. Additional models (the 220, 230, and 260) fill the range between them with varying capacities.
Brush Sanding and Finishing
The Larick 700 Series Feed-Through Profile/Brush Sander is a conveyor-fed machine for destressing, denibbing, and sealer sanding on wood, metal, and plastic. The Larick 6000 Series Brush Sander handles wire brush texturing and finishing, with load metering displayed on every spindle and brush spindles up to 14 inches in diameter.
Shapers for Arched Panels and Door Parts
Two machines are built for shaping and sanding arched components. The Larick 390 Automatic Shaper uses a template-follower design: a centering jig placed over the part aligns it to the template, and a bearing on the shaper spindle tracks the template as the assembly rides the conveyor. This allows climb cutting, which significantly reduces chipping and scrapped arched rails. The Larick 410 Shaper/Sander combines shaping and sanding in one machine and is available with optional floating shaping and sanding heads for arched panel work.
