Every Stage of the HPL Laminating Line
Evans Midwest builds the full sequence of flat panel laminating equipment, and 360 Degree Machinery carries the complete lineup. At the infeed, PF8100 Panel Feeders — available in side-load and end-load configurations — automate material loading and set a consistent feed pace for the rest of the line. The PC4800 Panel Cleaner scrubs both sides of the substrate before adhesive hits the surface, preventing dimpling and rejects that show up most on high-gloss laminates.
Glue spreaders come in 2-roll (GS2R), 4-roll (GS4/R), and hot melt (HM414/417) configurations for different adhesive systems. Downstream, layup tables and the LT4280 Layup Table stage and present material accurately before pressing, paired with the LR4700P Pneumatic Laminate Rack for HPL and backer sheets. The PR 257/258 Pinch Roller handles cold laminating, while the HT4600 Heated Roller Press is available where heat-assisted bonding is required. At the output end, the PS8900 Automatic Panel Stacker closes the line.
