Evans Midwest Countertop Production Machinery

Flat Panel Laminating Machinery

Evans Midwest panel laminating equipment handles the full flat-panel production workflow: panel feeders load boards automatically, glue spreaders apply adhesive at precise film weights, lay-up tables position the laminate, and roller presses bond and cool the finished panel. Stackers and laminate racks complete the line. Systems are available as individual machines or configured into continuous automated lines for HPL, veneer, and other face materials.

Countertop Postforming and Production Machinery

The countertop machinery lineup takes shops from raw particleboard or MDF through a finished, profiled laminate surface. Evans Midwest postformers wrap HPL around 90° and 180° edge profiles. Corfab machines build and profile the countertop core, feeding and gluing build-down strips and scribe sticks before shaping the edge. AutoCove systems then form the square-to-cove inside radius. Cutting stations and end-cap presses round out the production floor.

SIP Laminating Systems

Evans Midwest SIP laminating systems bond oriented strand board (OSB) faces to expanded polystyrene (EPS) cores using single-part, moisture-cure polyurethane adhesive — a departure from traditional roll-coat methods that delivers more consistent results at production scale. The single-panel BE 418T suits smaller SIP manufacturers, while the stacked-panel BE 412TS and BE 424TS are built for higher volume output. EPS cutting and pre-lamination tooling complete the package.

Made in Holland, Michigan

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of machines does Evans Midwest make?
Evans Midwest manufactures flat panel laminating lines, countertop postforming and production equipment, SIP laminating systems, 3D vacuum presses, and auxiliary material handling machinery.

What’s the difference between Evans Midwest panel laminating and countertop machinery?
Panel laminating equipment bonds flat laminates to panel substrates like MDF, particleboard, or plywood. Countertop machinery goes further — profiling, wrapping, and coving the laminate into finished countertop shapes with 90° and 180° edge profiles or square-to-cove inside transitions.
