Dake Industrial Machinery & Presses

Dake has built industrial presses and metalworking machinery in Michigan since 1887. Now part of Laguna Tools, the brand covers a wide range of shop equipment: arbor presses, hydraulic presses, air-operated and electric-hydraulic presses, non-ferrous cold saws, drill presses, horizontal and vertical metal bandsaws, and metal sanders. 360 Degree Machinery carries the full Dake line, with models suited to small fabrication shops and high-volume production facilities alike.

Arbor Presses: Mechanical Force for Precision Work

Dake arbor presses use mechanical leverage for bearing installation, staking, broaching, and assembly operations that don’t require powered force. Single-lever, ratchet-lever, and compound-lever configurations are available alongside air arbor presses. Single and ratchet-lever models top out at 3 and 5 tons respectively; compound-lever models reach 15 tons. Bench and floor models cover both space-constrained shops and heavier production work.

Hydraulic Presses: 20 to 200 Tons

The hydraulic press line spans hand-operated H-frame units starting at 20 tons (the F-20) up to the Force 200, a 200-ton double-acting Dura-Press built for pulling and pressing applications. In between are air-operated models ranging up to 200 tons, the Elec-draulic I (single-acting electric-hydraulic), and the Elec-draulic II (dual-acting, up to 10HP) for shops that need repeatable powered force without hand pumping. Movable table configurations are also available.

Bandsaws and Cold Saws

Dake horizontal bandsaws range from benchtop portables to heavy-duty production units with dual-mitering and stationary-mitering capability. Vertical bandsaws handle both metal and wood, with throat capacities from 14 to 18 inches.

The Euromatic cold saw series is built for non-ferrous cutting with 14½-inch blade capacity. The 370S-L is semi-automatic; the 370PP-L is fully automatic, feeding and returning without operator involvement between cuts.

Drill Presses and Metal Sanders

Dake floor model drill presses auto-advance to preset depth and return automatically, with forward/reverse switching for tapping. Bench models handle lighter duty work. The metal sander line covers finishing needs for fabrication shops running full-service operations.
