Evans Midwest GS2R 2-Roll Glue Spreader
Consistent glue coverage is where a good laminated panel starts. The GS2R is the entry point: a two-roll spreader that puts an even film of PVA across the full panel width, so bonds come out uniform and clean instead of starved in one spot and bled-through in another. Evans Midwest imports it from OSAMA Technologies and backs it with parts and application support on this side of the Atlantic.
Built for PVA Laminating
The two-roll configuration suits PVA adhesive on flat stock, the workhorse setup for countertop and panel shops. Rollers meter the glue to a repeatable weight, which is what keeps panel flatness and press results predictable run after run.
Stands Alone or Joins the Line
Run it as a standalone machine or integrate it into an Evans Midwest flat-panel laminating line alongside feeders, presses, and stackers. Evans configures the spreader to your substrate, adhesive, and throughput.
