Where the two-roll GS2R covers entry-level PVA, the GS4/R steps up to four rollers, so the glue weight is controlled, not just applied. That precision is what higher-volume and demanding-adhesive work asks for. Evans Midwest brings it in from OSAMA Technologies and supports it in North America.
Four Rollers, Tighter Control
The four-roller arrangement holds adhesive coverage even across the full width, so panels leave the spreader with consistent glue weight and fewer post-press defects. Per OSAMA, the S4R/P can be equipped for PVA, urea, and solvent-based adhesives.
Options for a Working Shop
The S4R/P platform accepts a real options list: automatic roller cleaning with brushes and line hookup, a glue transfer pump with plumbing, floor castors for cleanup, and an adjustable infeed fence. Evans configures the machine and its options to your materials and line.
