Evans Midwest HM414/417 Hot Melt Roll Coater
Some panels do not take standard glue well. Chipboard, MDF, OSB, and EPS can all resist a traditional water-based bond, and that is where the HM414/417 earns its place: a four-roll coater that lays down hot melt PUR adhesive instead. Evans Midwest imports it from OSAMA Technologies, whose Hotmaster is the machine underneath, and supports it in North America alongside Choice Machinery Group.
Built for Hot Melt PUR
PUR hot melt bonds where standard adhesives fail, and it lets a shop run adhesive coverage that would be impractical otherwise. The HM414/417 is engineered specifically to apply it by roller across the panel.
Coat One Side or Both
The coater is available in three configurations: top and bottom, bottom only, or top only. That matches the machine to how your panels are built and how they run through the line.
Part of the Laminating Line
Run it standalone or as the gluing stage of an Evans Midwest flat-panel laminating line. Evans configures it to your substrate, adhesive, and throughput.
