Advertised Price Configuration
10 HP, four-position spindle, 1-1/4″ diameter with 6″ capacity, maximum cut length 59″ for rails and 55″ for panels, one set of H3D Tool insert tooling (four heads) and one arch template set.
Cutter Height Adjustment Block
One cutter height adjustment block is included with every EZ Door machine, factory-calibrated to the correct cutter heights before delivery. Each additional full cutter stack purchased comes with its own block, so every stack can keep a block set to its heights, which cuts out most on-the-fly height adjustments.
Blocks ordered later can be calibrated by the shop at its own facility. Blocks ordered together with a new machine are calibrated at the factory.
Door Tooling
One full cutter stack (four heads) is included with the machine: H3D Tool High Definition insert tooling, plus a standard arch template set for 7/8″ to 2″ arches. Most profiles fit the same heads, with a few exceptions.
