EZ Door

EZ Door is the five-piece door machine from Fletcher Machine Industries, built in the USA for cabinet shops that want door production off the shaper and onto one dedicated station. Press a button and the four-position spindle moves to the rail/stile, cope, panel or outside-edge setup, so one operator runs a complete door start to finish. The 10 HP spindle turns at 6,500 RPM, and every machine ships with a four-head set of Hi Definition insert tooling and a factory-calibrated cutter height block. 360 Degree Machinery sells the EZ Door new, with free freight to a commercial dock in most of the continental US (a few western states excluded).
