The Complete Countertop Production Lineup
A postformed countertop starts as raw particleboard and passes through multiple operations before reaching the install. Evans Midwest builds dedicated machinery for each stage, and 360 Degree Machinery is an authorized Evans Midwest distributor carrying the full lineup. Core preparation begins with the CF 1545 Corfab™, which automatically feeds, glues, and profiles build-down, scribe, and no-drip sticks to the panel in a continuous pass. The EM0366 Index Table stages panels between operations, the EM5010 Laminate Slitter cuts laminate to width, and the PR207 Pinch Roller bonds it to the core.
Postforming is handled by three machines covering different production scales: the EM0110 Manual Postformer for low-volume shops, the SF 2000 Standardform for small to mid-size production, and the UF 2000 Ultraform for high-volume, feed-through operation. For backsplash coving, Evans Midwest offers two AutoCove machines, the AC 3120 and AC 3125, with the AC 3120 rated at up to one countertop per minute or 5,000 linear feet per shift. On the cutting end, the CS XL and CS XLT cutting stations and the EM0710 Power Feed Miter Saw handle precision miter cuts and drawbolt mortising; the EM2480 Over Arm Sink Router handles sink cutouts.
Choosing the Right Postformer
The EM0110 is the practical entry point for shops running countertops occasionally or in low volume. The SF 2000 suits mid-size operations where countertop production is a primary output. The UF 2000 Ultraform is built for multi-shift, high-volume runs, available in single- or double-sided configurations. Contact us to discuss which postformer fits your output volume, floor footprint, and edge profile requirements.
