Four Rollers, Four Motors
Two spreading rollers, 348 mm in diameter and faced in 65 Shore rubber, apply the glue to the panel faces. Two dosing rollers, 242 mm in diameter in 100 Shore ebonite, set the glue film on the spreading rollers. Each of the four rollers has its own motor, and the spreading rollers are driven directly, with electro-pneumatic control.

Pneumatic Clutch on Every Motor
Each motor carries a pneumatic clutch. If a foreign object drops between the rollers, or a panel thicker than the set gap is fed in, the clutch releases instead of forcing the rollers, which protects the roller surfaces, the drives, and an operator who contacts a roller. Osama patented the same approach for wash-down: cleaning can run with the gear motors on the clutch or stopped.
Built for Minimum Maintenance
Osama designed the structure to reach a 3,600 mm working width with minimum maintenance. The internal guards are stainless steel, the outfeed support grid is stainless steel, and the patented washing system lets the rollers be cleaned in place, which matters on a machine that runs glue all shift.
Applications
The SV4X4-350 is designed first for plywood and multi-layer panel plants. Osama also lists door production and laminates among its uses, jobs where a consistent glue film across the full width matters.
