When there is a lot of foam to take out and speed matters, a hot wire is not always the answer. This is a hogger-style pneumatic tool, air-powered to cut EPS recesses in SIP panels quickly.

Hogger-Style Foam Removal

A “hogger” removes material fast, and that is what this tool does with EPS: it cuts the recesses that finished panels need, powered by shop air. It is part of Evans Midwest’s post-lamination tooling for cutting, recessing, and finishing laminated panels.
