Where JLT covers single-station and small-shop clamping, Taylor Products are built for volume: rotary clamp carriers handling 500 to 1,400 panels per day, Door Pro systems that cycle through up to 250 to 400+ cabinet doors per day, conveyorized glue applicators, return conveyors, glue pumps, and PVA mixers. Both product lines are made in the USA.

Rotary Clamp Carriers for Panel Edge Gluing
Taylor’s clamp carriers are the core of the line — automated, rotary systems for room-temperature edge gluing and lamination. The lineup starts with the 80U swing-style carrier for smaller operations and scales through the semi-automatic 815A/80V (500-600 panels per day), the automated 80Z/80ZP (900-1,000 panels per day), and the super-automated 80Z/80Y for the highest-volume shops. All use Taylor’s patented clamp design and PLC-controlled tightener/flattener systems. Machines are built to match your product dimensions and can be expanded as production grows — frame and clamp arms carry over when adding sections.
Door Pro Systems
The Door Pro line handles high-production cabinet door clamping in rotating section formats, taking JLT’s single-station door clamp concept and scaling it for production output. The 713A Stile & Rail Door Pro produces up to 250 doors per day on a 5-section machine or 400+ on an 8-section machine. The 713A-M covers mitered doors and the 713A-LCS handles large-capacity work. Sections can be added after the initial purchase; many shops start with a 5-section frame and expand later.
Glue Application and Return Conveyors
The 30J Conveyorized Glue Applicator pairs directly with Taylor clamp carriers, automating glue application before clamping in 13", 26", and 39" wide glue roll models. A stainless steel live doctor roll provides adjustable spread control; a stainless steel glue pan and cover keep adhesive ready between runs. The 128K glue pump and 140C/128L PVA mixers support high-volume operations. Return conveyors (910A through 913A) are available for edge banders, wide belt sanders, straight-line rip saws, and shaper sanders.
