Northtech NT 60RM-532 (6825 RPM) Round Rod Milling Machine does just what the name suggests! This modest workhorse quickly and easily mills perfectly round rods up to 2″ in diameter from square stock with minimal operator effort. The single head with two (2) rows of cutters is driven by a 5 HP reversible 3-phase electric motor to efficiently and effectively accomplish high production rates. The material of any length, 13″ and up, is smoothly fed through the mill by two infeed and two outfeed gear-driven rollers linked to a 2 HP reversible motor. The rollers can be manually adjusted among four (4) speeds between 32 and 51 FPM to ensure smooth results across many species of stock.
