2020 Rilesa Omnia 1500 Drilling Machine (Vertical, Horizontal, & End Boring in One Machine)

This 2020 Rilesa Omnia 1500 Drilling Machine is showing 3,427 minutes of operation and a cycle time of 6.4 seconds, 8 parts a minute, and 480 parts an hour over that time period. Speed can be slightly faster or slower depending on the number of heads used and set up. We observed cycle times between 4.5 and 8.6 seconds. This Omnia is optioned with the “hopper feed with return”. It has a width capacity of 1,500 mm, a height from 10-40 mm, and a width from 20-250 mm. There are (4) 1.1 KW vertical heads, (2) 1.1 KW horizontal heads, and (2) 1.1 KW end heads. Includes (11) multi spindle drill heads.  Made in Denmark. Current replacement cost is $120,000+.
