Evans Midwest PS8900 Automatic Panel Stacker
A panel that survived the whole laminating line can still be ruined at the very end, dragged or dropped onto the stack. The PS8900 is built to prevent that. It sits at the end of the line and stacks finished panels without letting them touch each other.
Non-Contact Stacking
Instead of dropping or sliding panels, the PS8900 holds each one above the stack, positions it, and lowers it smoothly into place. Eliminating panel-to-panel contact protects decorative laminate, backer sheets, and other finished surfaces from scratching and scuffing, which cuts rework and scrap.
Sized for Warm Panels off the Press
Stackers like this are most often installed downstream of heated roller press or hot press lines, where panels come off warm and need controlled, gentle handling before they are stacked.
Built Into the Line
The PS8900 configures to a range of line layouts, panel sizes and weights, infeed heights, and outfeed orientations, standalone or fully integrated. Paired with a panel feeder, it forms a work cell that lets one operator stay on layup instead of handling finished panels.
