Coima USA MNC Wood Waste Grinder
The MNC shrinks solid waste to a usable size. Volume comes down, and in the case of wood, what comes out can go straight into automatic-feeding heaters as fuel. Coima designs and builds it for heavy-duty processing cycles and, in the manufacturer’s words, it guarantees high productivity and reliability over time.
A PLC That Watches the Machine
The electronic PLC panel carries special functions: automatic shutdown when the feed material runs out, reverse mode if consumption climbs too high, and, optionally, rotor speed control by inverter.
Tooling Built for Service
The cutting tools fasten with screws and are reversible. The tool holders are bolted rather than welded, Coima’s own point, and they are interchangeable.
Discharge and Metal Protection
Ground material can leave laterally by conveyor screw, or by suction discharge connected to a central vacuum or transfer suction system. A high-efficiency magnetic iron separator can be added to trap any metal components present in the ground wood.
