Union Tool’s Series 15 Hot Melt Roller Coater is designed to apply hot melt coatings such as wax, contact adhesive, PUR adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive, or virtually any coating material that requires heat for roller coater application. Variable speed via a VFD on overall machine. Metal Doctor Rolls. Top Doctor roll has its own DC driver to vary speed for precise glue line control. Rubber rolls are in below average condition. Top shows crazing that does disappear once heated. Useable depending on application HOWEVER we can have them re-coated. We NEVER replace rolls as covering is application specific. Meaning we would need to know if you wanted steel applicator rolls, silicone, or a blend. Followed by durometer (if silicone/blend). Thus again we can’t replace prior to purchase.
