Coima USA FPC Cartridge Dust Collector
The FPC is built to live outdoors and work at plant scale: a galvanized sheet-metal cartridge collector rated in models up to 250,000 m³/h (about 147,000 CFM), with filtration fine enough for very fine particles. Wood dust is home turf, and the same unit serves agri-food, metal, and plastic lines.
Cleaning That Does Not Stop the Line
The cartridges sit in a filtering battery in the unit’s upper section. As they load up, countercurrent jets of compressed air pulse them clean, and a programmable control unit decides when to fire by reading the actual degree of clogging. Suction stays active through the whole cycle, so production keeps running while the filter recovers.
Dust Out, Two Ways
Everything the cartridges shed falls to the lower hopper. From there it exits by motorized conveyor screw and rotary valve, or drops straight into bins on wheels. Portholes and safety-level indicators show the fill state from outside the unit.
Serviceable and Protected
Step irons and a roof platform with airtight, gas-strut doors put a technician at the filter battery level for maintenance. ATEX explosion-proof panels and a fire ring with water sprinklers are part of the build, and the unit runs in either positive or negative pressure.
