The FLC automates the impregnation of items inside a booth built entirely from thick non-stick material. The material choice pays off twice, in Coima’s telling: cleaning and maintenance stay easy, and the structure stays sturdy.
Frugal With Product
The nozzles are non-stick too, built for low consumption, and they travel on vertical rails. That movement is what lets the unit run with as little as 7 liters (about 1.8 gallons) of impregnating product in the system.
An Anti-Foam Pump at the Center
Product moves through a pneumatic double-diaphragm pump built against foaming.
Options for Color Changes and Water
An automatic cleaning system is available that turns a color change into a matter of minutes. A second option clarifies the cleaning water automatically, separating out the sludge.
