Coima USA ESP Moving Floor Silo Extractor
The ESP is a mobile floor extractor with alternate advancement (a walking-floor arrangement), installed inside masonry silos and built to the client’s needs. It unloads chips, wood chips, and commercial biomass, including material with a high humidity level. (For dry material, the rotary ELB is the sibling to ask about.)
Hydraulics Move the Floor
Hydraulic cylinders move the floor panel, powered by hydraulic power units of suitable power, and push the biomass toward one of the two ends of the silo.
Out the End, Two Ways
At that end, a transverse screw conveyor or a redler, depending on the specifications, extracts the material and transfers it into the heating plant, or onto trucks or containers.
