Coima USA ELB Rotary Silo Extractor
Material stored in a silo still has to come out of it. The ELB lives at the bottom of masonry silos and metal containers and does exactly that job for dry material: chips, wood chips up to G30, pellets, and other low-moisture commercial biomass. (For high-humidity biomass, Coima builds the ESP moving floor extractor instead.)
Leaf Springs Feed the Screw
Two rotary leaf springs in harmonic steel sweep the material toward an extraction screw. The screw, with customizable length and inclination, carries the material outside, usually directly into the heating plant.
Sized to the Silo
Dimensions are customizable, up to a 4 m (about 13 ft) leaf-spring diameter and a 7 m (about 23 ft) screw length.
