Laguna SuperBrush Sanders
SuperMax drum and brush sanders serve two distinct purposes in a finishing shop. The 16-32, 19-38, and 25-50 drum sanders use INTELLISAND® technology to prevent gouging and burning, with the 16-32 featuring a built-in digital readout for precise thickness control. SuperBrush sanders handle scuff sanding, sealer sanding, breaking sharp edges, profile sanding, and wire brushing for texture. Both lines are sold exclusively through the authorized dealer network. 360 Degree Machinery is an authorized dealer.

SuperMax Drum Sanders
SuperMax drum sanders use INTELLISAND® technology to prevent gouging and burning, with variable-speed conveyor control on all models. The 16-32 sands stock up to 32 inches wide in two passes, material as thin as 1/32 inch and as short as 2-1/4 inches, with a built-in DRO for repeatable thickness settings. The 19-38 extends capacity to 38 inches in two passes. The 25-50 reaches 50-inch capacity with a 1-¾ HP drive motor and DC variable-speed conveyor for heavier production runs.
SuperBrush Sanders
SuperBrush sanders handle finishing operations a drum sander doesn’t cover: scuff sanding between coats, sealer and primer sanding, breaking sharp edges, blending minor defects, profile sanding on shaped parts, and wire brushing to pull out soft grain for a textured surface. Available in single-brush and double-brush configurations.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does INTELLISAND® do?
INTELLISAND® monitors sanding load and automatically prevents gouging, keeping the drum from cutting too deep, while also reducing the risk of burning stock. It is standard on SuperMax drum sanders.
What is the difference between a drum sander and a SuperBrush sander?
Drum sanders thickness-sand flat panels and boards, removing material precisely. SuperBrush sanders are finishing tools that scuff, blend, and texture surfaces rather than removing significant stock. Most shops use both: a drum sander for dimensioning, a SuperBrush for finishing prep.
Where can I buy SuperMax sanders?
SuperMax sanders are sold exclusively through the authorized dealer network. 360 Degree Machinery is an authorized SuperMax dealer. Contact us for pricing and availability.
