This 2022 Fletcher AlfaMacchine AMP TA-350 Double Miter Auto Saw is currently going though our quality assurance program and being cleaned and thoroughly tested.

Hortizontal Material Feeder | Double Miter Saw Station | (2) Kick out Conveyors | (2) Pneumatic Transfer Conveyors

Includes the Horizontal Feeder option that is best suited for cutting operations having multiple moulding sizes and profiles. No additional set-up is required after the initial installation for moulding changeover.

The Auto-Saw System utilizes a dual material part movement system, the Primary Gripper is used to move the moulding from the hopper into the saw cutting station, the Advanced Gripper is used to minimize moulding scrap and to increase overall material yield rate. The cutting system is equipped with a Speed Feed Servo System for production rates up to 1,900 cut pieces per hour.

Outfeed includes: (2) Kick out Conveyors with (2) Pneumatic Transfer Conveyors
