A “COMPLETE PACKAGE!” This is a 2006 WEINIG OptiControl 970 (Powerlock). Comes with an 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, and 40mm arbor. We are also throwing in the PC that came with it for free. (Note: No warranty on the PC)
