Evans Midwest Longitudinal EPS Cutting Tool
Where the horizontal tool handles shorter cross-cuts, this longitudinal tool runs the length of the panel. At 10 feet, it cuts the long electrical chases that carry wiring down a SIP core, again by melting the channel with electrical resistance heating elements for a clean edge.
Ten Feet of Reach, Twin Handles
Plastic handles at both ends let two hands guide the long heated element straight down the core. A template sets the run, so each panel gets the same chase in the same place.
Part of the Pre-Lamination Package
Like the rest of Evans Midwest’s EPS pre-lamination tooling, it preps the core before the OSB skins go on.
