Coima USA FF High-Temperature Sleeve Filter
The FF cleans hot flue gas through fabric sleeves, and nearly everything about it is chosen per installation: housing in galvanized or stainless steel, placement inside or outside the heating system, and the media in the sleeves themselves. Two builds are offered, one galvanized, one with all internal parts in stainless steel.
Three Media, Matched to the Fumes
Sleeves come in aramid, PTFE, or stainless steel. The choice follows the type of fumes treated, their moisture, the emissions level to be guaranteed, and the operating temperature.
Self-Cleaning, Self-Protecting
Cleaning runs by pneumatic backwash, fed from tanks placed outside the filter under a casing. If the duty calls for it, an optional automatically controlled bypass protects the filter from high-temperature peaks.
Ash, Insulation, and Fit
Small filters drop their ash into bins; long filters carry it out on a conveyor screw. A 50 mm rock wool insulation layer, when present, always comes coated in galvanized steel. The design holds overall height to 4.6 m (about 15 ft), which is what lets the FF move into sheds, greenhouses, and power stations.
