Coima Dust Pipe Design and Duct Packages
A dust collector is only as good as the pipe feeding it. Undersized runs starve the machines at the end of the line, oversized runs drop the air speed and let material settle in the duct. Coima handles both halves of that problem: the design of the layout, and the parts to build it.
Ductwork Drawn to Your Plant
Coima’s CAD service produces a duct layout for your specific facility, working from your machine positions and how the shop actually runs. Duct diameters and routing are set to hold the airflow the system needs, which is what keeps performance consistent and stops the collector working harder than it should. You receive detailed drawings, so the crew installing it knows how every piece fits.
Clamp-Together Components
The duct itself is a clamp-together galvanized system, so runs can be modified or extended later without cutting and welding. Coima supplies the full range: pipe with adjustable sleeves and O-rings, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree elbows, single, double, Y and T branches, in-cut saddles and angle flanges, square-to-round reducers, end caps and bird screens, wire rope kits and pipe hangers.
Blast Gates and Hose
Manual blast gates come in die-cast aluminum and galvanized steel, and automatic gates in single and double cylinder versions for zoning a system that does not run every drop at once. Flex hose spans 80 mm to 12 inches in medium and super duty, with machine and hose adapters from 3 to 24 inches.
