When Torben was developing the Laguna line of Bandsaws, he designed the LT24x24 with a specific woodworker in mind, the wood turner. Manufactured in the northern area of Italy, this beast has two feet of resawing capacity, which is beneficial when you are preparing large bowl blanks. In addition, the significant cast iron table is capable of handling the wood without obstruction. The LT24x24 allows you to have the flexibility of producing work performed on very narrow blades for scroll work but on a much larger machine. This is Torben’s favorite saw because of the versatile performance it allows the woodworker, which is much the same as our best selling smaller bandsaws but in a larger machine.
