2017 QuickWood CD13-900 36″ Brushing Distressing Sander

This QuickWood CD13-900 is a very hard to find machine in any market. It has a 6″ thickness capacity and a 36″ width capacity. The first head is an 11 KW, 8″ brass brush, the second head is a 7.5 KW, 8″ Tynex brush, while the third head is a 7.5 kW, 10″ brush head to clean things up. This is a great combination for distressing. Furthermore to add to the adjustability and flexibility of this sander each head has it’s own controls for forward and reverse, you can also adjust the rpm of each head, and last but not least each head has it’s own motorized height control. This means you have complete control over each head so you can get the exact distressing pattern you need. Using any combination of heads, heights, and speeds to get the desired results your project calls for. This also means you can just use the brush head for white wood, lacquer, or profile sanding. The conveyor is 118″ long and has adjustable feed speeds from 2-38 FPM. Up top are (6) 5″ dust ports.
