This 2018 Extrema XP-216T Series 16″ Double Sided Planer has seen moderate use at best in a smaller shop. Mechanically it is in good condition. The only issue is paint failure on the lower and upper castings. So if cosmetics are your thing you will want to pass on this one. However if you look past the cosmetics you will see a mechanically sound machine. 16″ width X 7″ thickness capacity. Dual helical 6,000 RPM heads. 15 HP top head with a 10 hp bottom head. 2 HP feed motor with a feed speed of 20-65 ft/min. Jointer style infeed for excellent de-cupping capability with carpet feed pressure adjustment. Digital PLC thickness controller. Automatic lubrication with low oil shutdown. Hard chrome plated bed.
