Timesavers 2300 Series 42″ Segmented Plated, Vaccum Bed, Variable Speed, Wide Belt Sander

This is a 2009 Timesavers model 2311-24-6 Pro V. It’s virtually impossible to find another machine of any brand with these options! (As it would be over $50,000) First off it only has 3,273 hours. So it is not a high hour machine. It has a 42″ width X 4.75″ (120 mm) thickness capacity. Everything on this machine is controlled via an easy to use touchscreen. There is even the capability to store up to 240 Programs. This is a combination head machine that is fully optioned. The front drum is a 5″ helically grooved rubber drum that is pneumatically actuated from the control panel. The head also has variable speeds from 275-1,150 RPM. The platen is segmented and there is NEW graphite on the platen. Both the platen and head have dial indicators for fast, easy, accurate control over adjustments. On the lower front of the drum, upper back or the idler, and at the rear of the machine you will find dust sweeps. Up top you will also find a pneumatic air wand for abrasive cleaning. Upon exiting the rear of the machine is a cleaning brush. While on the front center of the machine you will find an auto calibrating unit. The vacuum bed has a 15 hp blower with an almost NEW feed mat. The feed mat is driven by a 2 hp motor that is VFD controlled allowing for 12-45 FPM. Again a very fully optioned machine and in a single head configuration.
