LOADED Boarke BKM-43103RRK (3) Head 42″ Wide Belt Sander (3 NEW DRUMS)

This is a heavier duty rating 2013 Boarke BKM-43103RRK wide belt sander. It has a 42″ width capacity, a 5″ height capacity running 43″ X 103″ abrasives. The rubber on the drums were thin from being dressed so we had all (3) drums recovered at a cost of $5,400. So they have 100% life left in them. We also changed out the felt and graphite on the platen. First head is a 30 hp, 10″ Helical grooved drum, Second head is a 25 hp 10″ helical grooved drum, while the third head is a 20 hp helical grooved (idler) with a platen. First and second heads have dial indicators to dial in abrasives. It does also have the optional 5 hp vacuum feed bed. The feed is variable from 7-45 FPM via a 2 hp motor and has a VFD for the speed control. The feed mat is thick and has the usual crazing but has plenty of life. Elevation is handled by a 1/2 hp motor. This machine does have a digital read out and touch pad control combined with an auto thickness calibration unit on the right.
