2017 Star V Machinery SCG-1600-TS08 Automatic Cross V-Groover W/Tigerstop

This is a very very hard to find machine pre-owned. This 2017 Star V Machinery SCG-1600-TS08 Automatic Cross V Groover has a 60″ width capacity without any length limitations. To the left of the blade you have a 96″ TigerStop and to the right of the blade you have (4) Accurate Technologies ProScales with flip stops allowing for 60″ of scaled capacity. This will come in handy when doing lengths longer than 8′. The TigerStop not only adds to accuracy but it allows for automatic operation. You can input a cut list and it will groove, index the material, groove, index the material, groove index the material…..etc.  Material hold down is accomplished via pneumatic hold down bar. A standard reciprocating taping machine is built directly in front of the bed of the cutting area eliminating the need for taping by hand or at a separate taping station prior to the operation.

Designed to work all kinds of material such as solid surface, wood, laminated or veneered MDF or particleboard and other man made materials. Targeted industries are the display & fixture, and architectural millwork industry as well as the speaker, air purifier and drawer box manufacturer industry. Operation is automated via a Tigerstop motorized, computerized cross fence with pusher.
