Hendrick USA-50 Sinuc CNC 53″ Cross Cut Panel Saw

It’s pretty hard to find a CNC crosscut saw with a larger capacity. This Hendrick USA-50 won’t disappoint. Not only is it running a Sinuc 300 controller that can accept 3rd party saw optimization and cut programs, but it can also push and pull material in both directions. The maximum cutting width is 53″ with a 3″ depth of cut allowing you to stack material. The 14″ main blade runs at 3,500 RPM PLUS there is a 6″ scoring blade that runs at 5,000 RPM. The main motor is 10 hp while the saw carriage traverse speeds are controlled via a variable frequency drive. To the left of the blade you have a pusher/puller with a 137″ capacity to the blade. The infeed table measures 150″ while the outfeed 94″. Both tables are air tables to allow for easy feeding of sheet goods. There is also a full-length Pneumatic Hold-down Bar For Accuracy and Increased Dust Collection Efficiency
