This is a Black Bros labeled lift table that is actually made by American Lifts (Model: SO36060). It has a 4′ X 10′ top with a 6,000 lb. capacity. It has a lowered height of 8-1/4″ and a raised height of 46″. It’s powered by a  1hp, 190/220/380/440V/3-Phase motor currently wired for 440V operation.
