This Balestrini MSM will allow you to do up to 3 slot mortises per side at once with the possibility of adding a 4th if needed. (missing 4th mount, but can be made) Mounted on the lower part of this machine is a built in frequency convertor. It is to control the spindles which can be run at either 6,000 or 9,000 RPM and are either .67 hp or 1.3 hp depending on RPM. Adjustable spindle center to center distances from 84 mm to 930 mm (3.3″ to 36.6″).  Max. oscillation length 100 mm (3.93″), Max. slot depth 80 mm (3.14″), and a Max. slot inclination of 15 degrees.
