# Osama Aquarius System for Cleaning Water coming from Glue Spreaders

**CAPACITY:** 300 liters

With Aquarius it is possible to send cleaning water to a tank with a 300 liter capacity equipped with a stirrer. Automatically, cleaning water is separated from the glue by means of the addition of a flocculant element loaded into the tank by the operator in the quantity defined during the installation. Separated water can be used for a further cleaning of the gluing machine at the end of the work shift.

Residual glue mud is discharged in a filter bag and can be disposed of after 4-5 separation cycles, reducing the cost for the solid part only, drained of all existing water.

To use the separated water, it is necessary that another tank is connected with a pump.
