We ended up not needing this 10 ton unit and it is NEW and has never been used. It consists of a model J10NMC00C2BAA3 air handler and model J10YDC00A2AAE4 condenser. The condenser has (2) 5 ton compressors. This allows the unit to cool fast and use both compressors but also be able to maintain and save money by using a single compressor at a time. It also has a variable speed fan. We are able to get humidity down to 51% @ just 73 degrees with the 15 ton unit we have installed! Absolutely amazing! Plus very cost effective to run at 208-230V/3-Phase. Uses R410A"
