It is somewhat similar to the NT 6230, with a few significant differences. This version features two (2) 15 HP top spindles, one (1) 10 HP + one (1) 15 HP bottom spindles, and 10 HP vertical spindles on the left and right sides. Spindle arrangement from infeed to outfeed is: (Bottom, R, L, Top, Top, Bottom) with digital positioning control on spindles 3, 4, and 5. One (1) complete set of 5\"-diameter four-wing cutter heads is included. The 7.5 HP Cardan-drive feed system with twelve (12) powered rollers [nine top + three bottom] delivers inverter-controlled feed-rates up to 115 FPM empowering you to strike the optimal balance between operator- and machine-cycle time to minimize wasteful wait time amid operations. The full protective enclosure, six (6) 5\"-inch dust collection ports, optional braking motors, motorized elevation control, and unique noise-dampening fingers promote worker safety and health."
